What data do you collect from my device when using my services?

For full details on the data we collect, please refer to our Privacy Policy. In summary, we only capture the information necessary to provide you access to our network. We do not monitor your internet usage or snoop on your browsing activities.

The venue I am at has sent me a push notification, how are they able to do this?

The venue manager can send push notifications through the ArriveConnected management dashboard, which includes a feature for location-based messaging. Rest assured, they cannot access personal information or identify individual users; they only have visibility into the number of devices connected to an access point.

Do I need to remove the device profile when I leave?

No, you do not need to remove the profile from your device when you leave. It remains dormant when you're not near an ArriveConnected-supported venue.

What if I cannot install a profile on my device?

In some instances, particularly with corporate-owned devices, there may be restrictions that prevent the installation of new profiles. If you encounter this issue, don't worry we also offer traditional access via a captive portal as an alternative to ensure everyone can connect. Additionally, we are soon introducing a unique pre-shared key for a secure Wi-Fi network. This will maintain high security standards even when profile installation is not possible.

Do I need to download an app?

No, there's no app required. To connect, simply sign up on our platform and follow the straightforward steps provided. Once set up, you're ready to connect seamlessly.

No, it isn't! Unlike captive portals, which you might have found complex to set up, unreliable, and insecure, ArriveConnected operates differently. Moreover, we use advanced encryption technology to ensure that your connection remains safe and secure at all times.

Of course, you can remove the profile at any time. However, it's important to note that the profile is designed to facilitate your access to ArriveConnected networks. As our network of hosts expands, this profile enables you to seamlessly connect to Wi-Fi across a growing number of venues.

I have been sent a link to install ArriveConnected, what do I do next?

Great news! This means that this venue offers guest Wi-Fi through ArriveConnected. To ensure the best experience, we recommend setting up your profile before your arrival.
